Self Hypnosis
You might want to read Lesson 2 on self hypnosis in the workbook. Here is the short version. The long version goes thru most of the body. I teach 2 kinds of self hypnosis: strong and at peace. We can combine them into programs.
Strong
My shoulders, arms and hands are stong.
My chest and stomach are strong.
My back is strong.
When you say these to yourself or outloud let feelings of strength flow these areas.
At Peace
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
When you say these to yourself or outloud let feelings of peace flow thru these areas. It takes time. You just need a little peace or strength.
Programs

b. What we want to tell, influence or change our inner mind
c. self hypnosis - usually strong.
Example Program 1 minute break at work

Stalling making that sales call costs me sales.
Setting Your Mind Before Work
This lesson will prepare you for work. We will start with what are my goals at work. If you are a saleperson it may be to sale 100 ipods today. If you work in the warehouse it may be to ship all the orders today. If you deal with customers it maybe to be cool and not get angry with any customer. We will use two steps.
Step 1 Say goals out loud. I sell 100 ipods today.
Step 2 Put in solutions.
What are my current problems at work? Focus, finding merchandise, dislike answering the phone, interacting with coworkers, anger. Write yours down. Now turn them around with solutions.
Examples:
a. Focus: Say to myself. I focus on work.
b. Finding Merchandise: I find the widgets easily.
c. Dislike answering the phone: I love answering the phone.
d. Interacting with employees: Put in how you want to interact.
e. Anger: Visualize a water fasucet in your mind dripping a soothing liquid.
Before Work Program
As you get out of your car bring your awareness to the soles of your feet. As you walk to your work building:
Do Step 1.
Do Step 2.
Use strong suggestions. My shoulders, arms and hands are strong. My chest and stomach are strong. My back is strong.
Walk in the door ready for work. Time: minute or two.
You can also use step 1 & 2 during the day. Sometime develop your own before work program.
Pacing Yourself
Everyone needs a break. Self Hypnosis is explained in lessons 2 & 7 "Self Hypnosis Workbook"
Mini Break 30-60 seconds
You find yourself at a slow point or you can take 30 seconds off. You can be standing or sitting.
* Give yourself strong suggestions
* Give suggestions to help you at work
* Go back to work
Regular Break 1-4 minutes
a. Give yourself peace suggestions
b. Bring your goal into awareness
c. See feel yourself achieving it
d. Let the benefits come up
e. Take a short rest

If your job allows you to go outside try going for a walk.
* Give yourself peace or strong suggestions
* Bring your awareness to the soles of your feet
* Become aware of the earth beneath you
* How big it is. How you are walking on it.
* Look at the colors and shapes - trees, cars etc.
* Touch and free: tree, grass whatever
* Become grounded by the earth
* Let the earth recharge your body and mind
Tense, Angry, Stressed

* Sweep all work thoughts and disconnections out as you walk out
